In At the theme conference of "New Opportunities for Freeze-dried Convenience Leisure Foods", Mr. Chen Junhui, Chairman of Zhongbao Foods, gave a lecture and sharing on "Research and Industrialization of Nutritional Functional Freeze-dried Foods". From the perspective of human nutrition, the definition of nutritional functional foods is analyzed, and starting from the advantages of freeze-drying technology, it elaborates on how to conduct research and development of freeze-dried snack foods from five aspects, and combines the company's experience to share how companies can develop industrially in the freeze-dried snack food industry, which has been unanimously recognized by on-site experts and entrepreneurs from various industries.
